At the most recent Annual Association Meeting, a proposal for new statutes was adopted. A decision to amend the Statute requires that two Association Meetings approve the decision. The Housing Society therefore convenes the members for extra meeting to finally adopt the proposal for new statutes.

The reason for the changes is that the legislation on housing societies has changed.

On Friday, October 12, the association will paint the parking lines on the parking lot towards Sunnanväg. This applies to the guest parking and the 201-234 parking lot.
The painting will last between 07: 00-16: 00 and the work is expected to be completed the same day.

The gates to the yard are opened with the apartment key. This is a popular service for residents of Brf Solglittret .. The reason is to facilitate loading and unloading, for example, when moving. This is allowed only if the car is under surveillance all the time

Concurrently, parking bans apply throughout the entire area except for the special parkings for accommodations and visitors. The pavements inside and outside the gates shall be available to the Rescue Service. It is important that the car is moved when the loading / unloading is completed.

Following the annual meeting, the Board consists of seven members and two deputies. The first step was taken against changed statutes. Final decision is made at extra member meeting this autumn.
Last year the low houses had new stairways and the relining of the vertical drainage trunks, continued in both high-rise buildings.

Cellars of apartment buildings is not normally not included in the dwelling and therefore not covered by home insurance. Check with your Insurance Company what is applicable.

The risk of flood in the basement is small, but not non-existent - don´t place the items on the floor - put them on shelves.

You are responsible for what is in your storage area - therefore keep the storage locked, even if you do not keep anything in the same.

After the annual meeting, the Board consists of seven members and three alternates. The past year's activities have previously been approved by the Association's auditor and the annual meeting confirmed this by providing the Board from liability. Household waste in the environment rooms, the plastic in the compost or the containers for paper provide additional costs of more than 120,000 sKr per year. Association inspects all the apartments every three years through a status check. Each year, a third of all apartments are controlled. The check of status is particularly important with regard to wet room, electricity and ventilation. The Statuscheck may result in the apartment holder required to prove to rectify shortcomings. As a buyer / bidder can request that the broker brings out details of any deficiencies and demands for action that can be in the apartment for status check. The demands for action follows the apartment and goes to the new owner if the deficiency is not remedied before the transfer.

The association carries out no inspection in connection with the apartment transferred.

Following demands from the municipality have radon in indoor air measured in a large random sample of apartments in the association properties. All samples were well below the guideline values available.
Radon can end up in the air in the housing by the naturally in the soil where dwellings are built. Radon can also come from unsuitable building materials, or from drinking water. Radon levels are measured in Becquerel per cubic meter of indoor air (Bq / m3). The limit is 200 Bq / m3. The highest value recorded in the association's apartments was 30 Bq / m3

Stroller in stairwells can be rolled away by the Enforcement Authority Mon, 16 May 2016 00:12:20 +0200
Stairwells and galleries do not belong to the apartments. They are the association's responsibility. In other words, it is the association that determines what may stored there. The stairwells and galleries can be an important escape routes and must not be blocked. A condominium owner / a tenant must not store anything in the stairwell, without having received the permission of the condominium association. In Solglittret it is allowed to have a doormat outside the apartment door. For other objects requires an authorization from the Board.
The association has the opportunity to request assistance from the Enforcement Authority's to remove objects from the stairwell.

The Board has now taken the decision on renovation of all sewers and storm water tribes by relining. According to the statutes, the apartment owner is responsible for the maintenance of the apartment door. However, the door itself and its appearance against the stairwell is the responsibility of the association. This means that it’s the association that decides if and when the door should be replaced, and also the design of the door. The association has as a requirement that the apartment doors should be uniform. That means the outside of the door on the stairwell side must go in style with all other doors, and that the door must have a slotted letter box. Anyone who wants to replace the door at their own expense must have prior written consent from the association before the door and the installation is ordered. An apartment door that have been replaced or changed so that it differs in color or lack a letter box slot should be restored urgently.
